Dr. Oz Quote "Habits"
September 21, 2009
I say this a lot, all the times: You can’t get rid of a bad habit, but you can replace it with a good habit.
Great quote from Dr. Oz. You should think about this for a minute. It makes a lot of sense and will help you to achieve what you want.

There are some great alternatives to sugar. You don’t have to miss a sweet taste, but you have to get rid of the sugar. Too much sugar can be a cause of many, many health problems. We all know about this, yet we don’t act.

The Dr. Oz Show Airs – 1st Week Schedule
September 15, 2009
Yesterday, “The Dr. Oz Show” premiered. From now on you can see the Dr. Oz show on weekdays at 4PM on WHBF-TV (check the official tv show website for local listings).
On his first show, Dr. Oz talked about about the importance of sex and how it keeps us healthy and young, it is the key to longevity. He also talked about sexual dysfunctions and how to overcome them. Again Dr. Oz is trying to establish a non-embarrassment zone, so that people can talk *freely* about their problems without being ashamed. Another topic of the Dr. Oz show: Unnecessary surgery and hazardous germs in purses.
Here’s the program for the days Tuesday and Wednesday..

The relationship between exercise and migraines is quixotic. Science says that exercise, by promoting the regular release of endorphins, the body’s natural pain controllers, should help ease the frequency and severity of migraines. Many migraineurs claim that their attacks are triggered by physical exertion.
