Dr. Oz’s Grocery List – Fruits




On Dr. Oz’s Grocery List you will find many different healthy fruits, but you should only buy those that are in season currently.
Apples, Berries, Kiwis, Oranges, Peaches and Tangerines. All of those fruits are a great source of anti-oxidants, they will keep you young and healthy.
