Green Tea is the number one health source on Dr. Oz`s Wonder Product List as it is very known for its powerful antioxidant effect. Dr. Oz doesn`t stop here though, taking the benefits that we can get out of Green Tea to a different level.

    I don’t care for the taste of green tea so I take two green tea tablets as often as twice a day when I am eating food with fat content such as peanut butter, ice cream, etc.

    Are two or four green tea tablets as effective as drinking green tea? Would four green tea tablets be equivalent to two cups of green tea?

    I love to watch your show. I certainly learn many important health facts especially “How to prevent a heart attack” etc. I am trying to find the section about flossing teeth before going to bed and haven’t found it. Is it on your website?
