Here’s the recipe for the perfect oatmeal. Dr. Oz recommended oatmeals on some occasions:
- 1 cup whole-grain oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 rounded tablespoon of flax seed
- 1/2 cup chopped-walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries / blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of splenda
