Turkey Bacon vs. Real Bacon

Both bacons have the same amount of calories and sometimes even the same amount of fats. Turkey bacon has more sodium, therfore the real bacon is a better choice.

You should always keep in mind if your daily sodium intake is very low, you can still eat the turkey bacon, especially if the brand you buy has less fats than the regular bacon.
