People are becoming more cautious of what they eat. Scientists warn that recent events in Europe, where a E.coli bacteria killed many people, was a rather harmless incident. Some studies suggest that a new Multidrug-Resistant Salmonella could become a much worse problem during the next years.

Tip 1: Wash all raw food

It is necessary to wash raw foods.

Tip 2: Stay Up To Date

Listen to local news and if you find it appropriate cut down on raw foods. Yes, these are the most healthy foods, but if you only temporary avoid them this won’t be a problem.

Government investigators still try to find the actual source of the salmonella outbreak in the USA. It has been linked to ground turkey, but the actual source hasn’t been found yet.
