Here’s the recipe for the perfect oatmeal. Dr. Oz recommended oatmeals on some occasions:

  • 1 cup whole-grain oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 rounded tablespoon of flax seed
  • 1/2 cup chopped-walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries / blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of splenda
