  2. Carolyn Robinson says:

Would like to know how you are supposed to drink the green drink? During the course of one day, one hour, etc. Are you supposed to eat anything else while taking this drink? How long should you be on this cleanse for it to be effective? Thanks!

  3. Sharon Ralph says:

I was watching your show and you told on the five best ingredients to use to bolster up your immune system. I remember garlic and some kind of juice and can’t remember to rest. Will you please let me know what the products are as I have lupus and my husband has intestinal problems? We are concerned that we don’t get the flu. Thanks

  4. Caroline says:

Due to lacking certain ingredients I altered it so instead of apples and regular green spinach, I used three peeled kiwis, one small and quite sour peeled orange and baby spinach (instead of regular spinach). Popped in a small piece of fresh ginger and it turned out to be so delicious that I wanted to make another one right away. By the way, I used the juicer, not the blender.
