I will keep adding some lists of healthy foods, I think that this can help more people. On my diet, I noticed that I feel a lot better when I exercise every day and take Aloe Vera (Honey). Really helped me a lot.



The first two things you need to adopt in your daily life are exercise and a healthy diet. You can lose weight only if you are eating right and then also burning it through proper exercises. Results will be slow as these are no magic tricks, but you need to stay motivated and dedicated towards your goal of losing weight.

6. if you have time then try to join some aerobic classes or training sessions, these will help your body to stay fit and smart.

Always set realistic goals when it comes to losing weight and then maintaining it. And do not be disappointed with the slow outcome because nothing is more heavenly on this earth then having a healthy body.
