The bags of popcorn will last you a long time and they are not expensive at all. If you have a microwave in your kitchen then you can prepare the popcorn in it. There are different types of popcorn bags that can be prepared in the microwave and that are not having many calories.

Other healthy snack that you can have is represented by apples. You can eat sliced apples anytime of the day and you will notice that they are the perfect healthy snack. If you want, you can add a small quantity of peanut butter on them. Don’t think that peanut butter is not healthy and that will not help you to lose weight, because it’s full of healthy proteins.

Olives are a healthy snack

Olives can also represent a healthy snack that you can have between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner. The most important advantage of olives is that they are rich in vitamins such as Vitamin E and vitamin A.
They are also rich in minerals and antioxidants that will make stronger your immunity system. Many people eat olives to protect their organisms against cancer, osteoporosis, asthma and arthritis. Don’t forget that Vitamin E that is contained by olives is one of the most important antioxidants that make stronger our immune system. Vitamin E is also delaying the effects that appear on our skin, because of aging.
